By creating an account or using Tenkei Labs PLT ("Tenkei", "we", "our") services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a corporate service provider, secretarial firm, or legal entity, you warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that organization.
Tenkei provides automated document parsing, AML/PEP/Sanctions/Adverse Media screening utilities, and statutory board minutes compliance reviews. Accounts operate on a credit consumption model where parsed documents, executed screenings, and compliance reviews consume designated credit amounts.
Generated screening certificates and statutory review memos are provided exclusively via direct web download. Users are responsible for downloading and archiving their reports and audit memos upon completion.
Tenkei aggregates real-time data from third-party public registries, global sanction databases, PEP indices, live web search feeds, and statutory corporate law corpuses. Tenkei does not create, maintain, or control these upstream data sources and makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability of third-party feeds. Service availability may be subject to third-party API rate limits, web indexing latency, or upstream maintenance.
Tenkei screening reports and statutory review memos are decision-support tools designed to assist in Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) and corporate secretarial workflows. The ultimate responsibility for compliance approval, risk evaluation, statutory filing accuracy, and reporting suspicious transactions to statutory authorities (such as Bank Negara Malaysia or the Monetary Authority of Singapore) remains solely with your organization.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
